11/08/2005	The complete Kaman catalog is now available for active-e customers. We recommend using the aeinv.zip file for the initial load of Kaman product. They will be providing weekly updates.
11/02/2005	We have a utility available that will update your Willis product with Hal Leonard’s barcode and item numbers. The utility and instructions are in the “HL-Willis UPC Xref.zip” file located on the account passport.

10/28/2005	PCCharge users that are having problems with credit cards that have expiration dates in 2010 should change their “Last Valid Year” setting. This can be changed in PCCharge under Setup/Preferences. PCCharge recommends that you change the “Last Valid Year” to 2012.
10/26/2005	A Microsoft Security Patch on Windows XP machines has caused the AIMsi help file to display “Page Cannot be Displayed” when viewing help across a network. If your computers are experiencing this behavior, you can download “MaxAllowedZone.zip” from the account passport. Unzip the file on each affected workstation and run the MaxAllowedZone.reg file by double clicking on it. Answer yes when it asks to import the file. This registry patch will restore the network viewing functionality of the help file.

10/12/2005	Active-e customers will have the ability to validate a Hal Leonard PO prior to sending. You will be notified if an item is in-stock, out of stock, out of print, or any number of other problems.

10/03/2005	Interbike 2005 was huge success for Tri-Tech. Thanks to all of you that stopped at the booth and seminars. We made several contacts with suppliers to get inventory data and send electronic PO’s. Look for some new additions to active-e and the YaYa Client-Care program in the near future.
